[indent]She is a focused, dedicated girl, who likes to explore her powers and challenge herself (Physically). She lives in the moment and is very forward about her feelings, this carelessness results in a strong mental resilience, she is rarely provoked by the words of others, but still takes offense and will act colder, if not a bit malicious, to those who try too hard to bother her.

Nobody ever described Yuuki as particularly bright, she often doesn’t bother justifying her ideas or questioning why they went wrong, her pattern recognition isn’t the best and more often than not she takes the wildest assumptions from explanations that should be simple. While able to focus, she also feels a need to move her body, and this detracts from her ability to read or study.

She tries to be independent and dislikes places with too many rules, even if she agrees with them, with its a sentiment born from disliking the overall idea of it as well as disliking having to memorize too many things. And while it is nice that she has the mindset to brush off bullies and not be shy about her mind, her body and her quirk, there are perhaps things she should be shy about, like being shy about the mess that she calls a room, being shy about forgetting that when she goes to the class she needs to wear more than a swimsuit, being shy about missing deadlines for school projects… Instead, it seems only others are bothered by her careless ways.[/indent]

[indent]Yuuki had a normal life, living in a suburban area in the inland sea region with her very lenient parents. Her school life started with promise with her ability to focus, but soon went downhill when the topics became too complex for her to care about, she much preferred sports but didn’t have the discipline to stay in teams. Yuuki soon became the harmless sort of student who breaks a few rules and misses a few classes but never did anything ‘mean’, like getting into fights, though that also had to do with her mix of strong will, erractiness and athletic skills making her a high risk low return bullying target. As an example, though this was after the quirk, when people started to mock her calling her “zebra” due to the white and black hair, she simply embraced it, disarming the bullies.

When her quirk first appeared, many thought she was just joking or being weird as usual, since “the ability to be wet”, as she described it in those early days, seemed like the talk of a girl with too much time and a bucket of water. Her quirkless parents didn’t react with particular strong feelings, they were not scared or proud, to them it was just another chapter of Yuuki finding another weird hobby, albeit one that she wouldn’t grow out of.

💧 Water Coating - A very discreet quirk that adds a layer of water over all of Yuuk’s skin, thus taking away friction, allowing aquaplaning at will.
