[b]Personality:[/b] Calm and collected, Oscar doesn’t let many things faze him. He’s very observant and likes to think before acting, not wanting to risk entering a fight that he has little to no chance to win, making prone to running away if things aren’t looking favorable for him, making him be considered somewhat of a coward by other members of the Disablers. Still, he’s as ruthless as the rest of its members, not above using any dirty tactic and underhanded trick at his disposal in order to increase his chances of winning against the Arm Masters. 

Oscar has no grudge towards Arm Masters nor considers them monsters, in fact, he has some fascination towards them and their unnatural abilities. There’s a certain sense of satisfaction when you take down someone who can defy any natural law, and see that they’re neither gods or devils and that in a way you’re above them. Saying that he’s definitely curious about how and why Arm Masters exist and hopes to find an answer here in the middle east, where the conflict has attracted all kinds of Arm Masters and humans from around the world.

[b]Current Goal:[/b] Taking out an A rank Arms Master. To that end, he’s looking for a way to access one of the many Arm Master databases for information on their abilities and investigate the origins of Arm Masters before planning anything concrete. 

[b]Main Weapon:[/b] Kar98k Bolt-action rifle. Lighter, easier to assemble and less prone to breaking than most semi-automatic rifles, which can be the difference between life and death when fighting against someone who can defy nature’s laws effortlessly.

[b]Bio:[/b] Oscar joined the ranks of the Disablers at the age of 24 as one of the many western volunteers, though his motives diverged a little from his comrades. Back in America One of Oscar's biggest interests aside from shooting was making explosives. Beginning with making Chlorine bombs for fun as a kid and expanding into bigger and more dangerous types as he grew up, however he very well knew that getting materials was not only hard, but the looming threat of the government finding out and imprisoning him didn't sit very well with him, especially since even using them in the middle of nowhere was just a temporary measure until someone realized what was he doing. 

That's when he received his job offer in the form of a viral video. Calling for anyone willing to defend humanity from demons to join their crusade. Thinking about joining them was pure madness, at first glance, there was little to no practical reason for him to consider becoming a terrorist and it's not like he didn't think their message was anything more than hyperbole meant to rile people up. Yet the idea still lingered in his mind, he wanted to see how much damage his bomb could do in the battlefield, to see how he could fare against an Arms Master, could he be able to take one of them down by himself?. It would take many sleepless nights before he took his decision. During the two years he has been working for the Disablers he has learned how strong humans can be with the right tools, how even strong Arm Masters can crack if the deck is sufficiently stacked against them and how terrifying some of those Arm Masters can be when they're pushed to their absolute limits.
