Archer [sup][sup]Tristan -- The Knight of Lamentation[/sup][/sup]
Current Location: Latin District -- Paris Pantheon
A smirk came to Tristan's lips as Ywain did what the Archer expected to. Ignoring an enemy in a battlefield like this would prove to be costly so the Saber better remember this especially when dealing with other Servants with expertise in ranged combat. There's no doubt that other bowmen of greater skill and lesser morals than Tristan could be roaming this city, the kind of conduct Ywain was showing until now was rather reproachful in Tristan's eyes. It was sad to see a Knight of Camelot falling so low as to not even turn around to acknowledge a foe. It was very sad, indeed. Last time Tristan was caught in a disadvantageous situation and learned some of the realities of a Holy Grail War. Nothing was more just than paying back the favor and showing Ywain what it means to fight an Archer at range without taking his life before they could finally have a last, and decisive, duel. Thus, Tristan didn't shot any follow-up "arrows" after his first volley, giving plenty of time for Ywain to get back on foot and realize what was happening. If he advanced towards Tristan, however, there would be plenty of retaliation, to make sure he would understand that -- in these circumstances -- it would be hard for even the King to come close to Tristan. If Ywain couldn't overcome an Archer that he knew in his lifetime, what hopes would he have against the likes of the legendary bowmen of India, Greece, and the Far East, that couple perhaps be on the hunt at this very moment?
