[@Alamantus] Are the pool of 3 quality points only to be used on the standard qualities (gumption, slyness ect) or are they to be split between all our starting qualities?

For those interested my character's a peppy, upbeat wannabe photographer with the custom qualities: Perceptiveness, Charm and Showmanship.
