Her eyes did not strain too far from Seyrun’s form, watching the girl’s every move like a hawk. Her silence wasn’t much noticed, not when other members of the club guided Seyrun through the ropes and explained the purpose of Magical Girls. But as each one of them carried on, reality soon hit like a truck. Every girl felt the physical presence of their enemy before the crash happened. Touka flicked her sights from Seyrun to Ayumu and then the Nightmare that had decided to crash their little sleepover. The Black Knight and Phantasmagoria, transformed and raring to go, each did what they could to detract the Nightmare from its prey. By now, Touka had noticed the massive hulking creature was scoring for Mascots, one already caught in its jaws before being lost to a deep darkness. It figured that so many Mascots in one place would attract attention, but she was doubtful the cat-like monsters could even feel pain, let alone fear and suffering. And of course, that also meant that a Mascot turned human would become the highest target of priority. Touka snapped her fingers, transforming into Red Wire around the same time Hivemother emerged. However, instead of joining the fight, the Dark Magical Girl stalked after Seyrun. A crooked smirk jagged itself over her lips and she almost broke out into full smile when Seyrun pleaded for guidance. There was a darkness swamping over the girl… “If you seek the power you want, make a contract with that Mascot. It’s not difficult and I know you can do it,” Red Wire soothed. “You can see me, right? Take the next step…and only then will you understand why we do what we do. Why we bathe ourselves in the shadows.” No doubt that would give Seyrun something to think about but that was all that Red Wire left her with. She didn’t intend for her newest weapon to fall easy and that meant getting rid of the Nightmare first. “You know what to do,” was all that she said to the Detention Club, emerging from the kitchen and forming a deadly-looking spear out of wire in her hand. “A Nightmare so bold and foolish as to attack on its own; remind it that our magic greater than its instincts,” she ordered, hurling her weapon right for the Nightmare’s chest.
