Eira Winters | Antartica

If Eira had ever had anything against Hayes, she absolutely did not anymore. She hadn't even had time to react before Hayes had stepped in and saved her from whoever the hell that was - she shivered slightly, thinking of what could have happened if he hadn't. She muttered a brief thanks, heart racing. But now they were surrounded. Two on the left, two on the right, Enterprise cut off from the rest of the group. These villains were co-ordinated. Then the birds came in. "Hey, what- how," Eira hissed, trying to bat the birds off of herself. It didn't work very well, and they continued their unrelenting attacks. There had to be a better way to get rid of them than this. If they had to keep fighting off birds while everyone else closed in, they were as good as dead. These villains were the real deal. What an awful coincidence that they all happened to be at the factory on the same day. Eira calmed her breathing, trying to focus. A better way. She could try that. She made things cold, which was kind of a hazard with all of her classmates still in the room. Having said that, birds were much smaller than them. If she were to use a temperature that was low enough to be dangerous to birds, but not to humans, that might work. She could cover a pretty decent amount of the room too. That was settled, then. Her classmates could complain later. She activated her quirk and the drop was instant. The room went from an acceptable temperature to cold, and Eira just hoped it was enough to stop the birds, even a little. She resisted the urge to shiver. This had better work. It would only be a minute or so before Eira's ice began to form along the floor. It would then be a couple few minutes before she would have put herself out of commission for the rest of the fight. Priorities: stay warm, make sure everyone else is safe. Something about teamwork, too.
