Churachaca

|Geography:|
|Geographical Location of Country:| Churachaca is located in the South of the Western landmass of Idiea, bordering the Matamoto League's land in that region, but mostly running a substantial distance up along the Western border of the landmass. |Country Size:| Churachaca seems to cover a fairly large distance, but it is much longer than it is wide, and surprisingly large swathes of land go unoccupied within it due to their unique nature. As such, the actual area it occupies is less than one might expect, and the area that might be considered important to the cities as a whole is even more limited. |Cities:| Self-explanatory, I hope. Important cities, basically. |Natural Resources:| Being a totally legitimate nation with both port and inland cities and towns, Churachaca's various city-states can often be found trading a variety of goods with both each other and other countries beyond Churachaca's borders. Inland cities are likely to trade in rare lumber, tropical fruit, and tobacco, whilst port cities mostly specialise in local fish of various sorts and the farming of alpacas for wool, and a few blessed cities are lucky enough to be able to profit from both aspects. That being said, it's an open secret that people in the landlocked cities often hunt the beasts of the rainforest to sell as "bush meat" to purveyors of exotic flavours, whilst port-cities have a nasty habit of harbouring pirates as they sell on both loot and slaves from distant regions. But obviously, Churachaca's "government" would never condone such behaviour, and has no affiliation whatsoever with such villains themselves.

|People & Culture:|
|Population:| 21,000,000 |Demographics:| The inhabitants of the Churachacan city-states tend to have slight variances in features depending on where they are from, but as a general rule are not dissimilar to the natives within the rainforests of the region: olive-skinned with a tendency toward lighter skin tones further North, wide eyes ranging from black to dark green in colour, dark brown or black hair hair, and generally lean builds when maintaining a healthy weight, barring natural muscular variances. One of the main differences between the tribal groups within the area and Churachacan city- or town-dwellers is that their colouring is, in general, somewhat chalkier given the greater degree of shelter during the day, and their eyes have developed to be a bit narrower for the presence of light sources such as gas torches; naturally, this and their technological advantages lead most Churachacans to consider themselves superior to their "uncivilised" counterparts, at best considering the tribals in need of education, and at worst seeing them as creatures in human shape, though as a general rule the city-states in the past have tended to collaborate with the tribesmen rather than murdering them, only beginning to get exceptionally uppity due to the pseudo-protection the current generations have had from other nearby cities. |Government:| What is the way your country is ruled. This can be anything from an absolutist democracy or theocratic dictatorship to a democratic republic. All up to you. |Ruler:| Current leader of your country, or leadership in the case of a senate/group of people. |Volksgeist:| The inherent spirit of the nation as a whole is rather difficult to define - mostly because the nation is hardly "whole" to begin with. The closest one could get to such a spirit is "leverage one's advantages", or perhaps "exploit others' weaknesses"; the people of many cities are inclined toward doing as their government does, and attempting in most situations to eke out as many little advantages for themselves as they can from as many sources as they can, even if the disadvantages stack up excessively. More pertinently, though, cooperation is seen as a major factor in survival, even if accompanied by a little skulduggery to make sure you specifically benefit most. After all, "When you cut down a tree alone, and get flattened by it, nobody can be sure you ever lived to start." |Religion:| How prominent is religion in the country, and which faith(s) do they worship?

|History:|
Give me something meaty to work with here.

|Armed Forces:|
Be prepared to write a lot. I’m leaving this fairly open to what you guys want to do, but I want at LEAST infantry arms, premiere vehicles, navy/airforce details, military uniforms, organisational structure, etc, etc, etc. This is an RP heavily based around combat, after all.

|People of Interest:|
POV characters. A short description as well. Feel free to update this as you want to.

|Starting Tech:|
You start with four points to spread out throughout the tech tree. Each point equals a single box, and you can invest them any way you'd wish.
