At the top of Penelope’s head is light blonde hair, usually tied into a ponytail but can also be found hanging down her back; whether it’s straightened or slightly wavy can be left up to chance. When she’s interested in something, she’ll tilt her head a little, leaving her face always looking intrigued or smug. She is thin and slightly curvy, with a small chest.

Penny is, by definition, innocent. She can be easily upset as things can get to her easily, and she can often end up secluding herself a little to try and give herself a little space if she is getting nervous or shy. However, with this innocence comes politeness and compassion for those around her and especially for those that she considers to be her friends and those that she relies on for comfort.

However, this innocence does come at a cost. The reason that she [i]is[/i] so innocent is because she expels the negatives of her personality online and whilst she is streaming. If you are trying to sleep and she is doing a night-time stream, then god help your ears. If it’s a scary stream, she’ll be screaming, if it’s something hype-inducing, she’ll be hopping up and down and yelling.

Penny has a few habits that she tends to do. When she is getting nervous, she can often end up fidgeting, either with her fingers or anything she has in her hands. She also has a teddy bear, using it to comfort herself whenever she is at home. When she sleeps, she either needs to have someone to cuddle up to or something to cuddle up with, such as her teddy.

Penny’s childhood was not too good, as her parents were barely making enough to feed themselves and Penny’s older sister, Valorie. They didn’t think it was a good idea to bring another child into the family, but Penny ended up accidentally being made when her parents’ protective measures failed. Because of this, Penny was barely supported, and didn’t have many people to talk to, her parents having to take many extra hours to support the family and keep them housed. It was in the online world that Penny found a place to be, a place to go wild and stay happy, and a place where she had people she felt that she could speak to, where real life didn’t drag her down. She started to livestream so that her friends could watch her play and have some fun, and from there she grew in popularity, soon making it her main source of income.

Leaving her family as fast as she could, she rented a cheap apartment for a long time, spending time in there. The money that she had to pay was less than that she had to give to help her family. Soon, however, she grew unhappy with that apartment, and moved to Redwood Apartments in order to settle in a little more comfortably.
