Kabae was kicked out of a decent home early, he was a troublemaker and his mom and dad had dismantled stolen valuables conquests that explained the shoes and the girls. His temper did not change at the reformotory, that was with therapy, medicine, double portions of food, and ECT. 

The final police report that investigated Kabae escaping from the pads and the lunatics was that there was a fifteen year old who was an epic delinquent. The town called Oxford became his to be announced. One inpatient told that "Kibs" had collected meds of all classifications, and also had a watch and some things written down.

He's currently assumed dead, but he is a master thief, and maybe, a killer.
