I don't mind. 
But frankly, at the risk of sounding harsh, that's like you pushing your own ideals and beliefs onto someone just because you're uncomfortable with the situation, regardless of how pure your intentions may be. If you plan to do so then I hope you're willing to bear the consequences yourself, as I'm willing to deal with the consequences of my own actions.
After all, it's not like this isn't painful for me as well.
