Country of Origin: Unknown exactly where she was born, but, she was raised by the grandmaster of a Mage academy in Raelus.

Personality: Determined, Unrelenting, Mysterious, Elusive 
Those are the words that describe Ashe best. Once she puts something in her head, she will do it. Regardless of personal cost. One of the reasons she was as good as she was in practicing magic was the reason that no goal was to high, no task to hard for her. She would try again and again and again until eventually do what is needed. 
She changed after she was banished from the academy and became more elusive, mysterious. Ashe never talked about herself or her past, never did engage in conversations unless strictly needed in Miracia. 

History: Not much is known about Ashe's earlier days as she was left on the stairs of a Mage academy when she was only 7 months old. The grandmaster, long awaiting for a child but luck never did shine on his family, took her in and raised her as his own. 
When she displayed her magical talent, the grandmaster truly believed that he was blessed. A child of his own with the arcane talent? Truly a miracle. She was truly a prodigy when it came to magic and was learning faster than the other students, eventually she surpassed those that where of her age and by the time she was 17, she was practicing offensive magic better than most of her fellow students. Truly, she would serve after graduation with pride the military and would've probably went very far in it too if, if, disaster didn't struck.

A few days before graduation, her adoptive father died of a heart attack and nothing the healers did could save him. The next in line was the mother of her rival. A student similar to her but weaker at the end of the day. It is not known how, but, she was able to expel Ashe and threw her on the street. 
Ashe ran, knowing that a fight would her would mean her death. She was 19 at that time. 
She knew very well that staying too much in Raelus would surely mean her death, either at the hands of an assassin or poison, she ran away towards the only place she thought to be free. Miracia. 

It was hard for her to adjust to a world where magic was not accepted as well as in Raelus and without knowing the language, she struggled in the first few months. Eventually, when she was 24, she left Miracia with a traveling mercenary band that had a contract in the area she lived in. 
While not comfortable with it, she talked with the captain and showed him her abilities 'thus convincing him of her value.
