Bad guys have more freedom to do their own introductions, although Disabler players should coordinate with Smike on Discord first.

Hammer of Masters players technically have complete freedom to appear all over the playable area, but it is recommended to stay in Mosul or Raqqa (which are under siege by the DFSI) as Mosul has a PC who can antagonize them.
