His words were not as benign as they could have been. There was a certain edge to them, as if Pym was hinting that if she kept asking him about it while he was operating the machine, she'd find themselves covered in a swarm of ants. A few of the ants moved a bit closer to Tempest, but not enough for it to be conclusively Pym threatening her. He didn't seem to really react to Tinley's comments. Hope shot the two agents a bit of a sympathetic look, before continuing to monitor the progress of the Ultron program. "System readouts are as expected, Dad," she said. The robot's arm had successfully reached into the Quantum Realm, using Novikova's mind as a guidance system of sorts. Its directive was to retrieve all humanoid lifeforms it found down there, the only way the program would fetch the others and not leave Raynor behind, as he was Asgardian. They also just couldn't be certain what sort of mutations the Quantum Realm could have caused in the humans too. "Her brain activity is spiking - heading into a dangerous level," Bonnie warned, standing at the medical station. She knew that Novikova was tough and that this was the only way they had to bring people home, but too much more of this and there could be permanent changes in Novikova's brain. She made a silent promise to herself that if Novikova's activity hit a critical level, she'd shut it off herself. Hopefully the robot retrieved their agents before that happened. Her eyes darted over towards Cassandra for a moment. Pym actually smiled a lot, laughing and shaking his head at Harry's Stark comment. Pym hated Howard Stark and any other Stark was lumped into that hatred. They were guilty by association. Case in point, Howard Stark had stolen the Ultron Project from him. If it hadn't been for Howard, his wife could've been alive and outside of the Quantum Realm. He blamed him for what had happened to Janet, rightfully so or not. "I like that one," he mused, referring to Harry as he worked. A few of the bugs did seem almost offended at Harry's comments, skirting away from him. "As for Terminator, no. It's personality matrix is copied from a Stark design. I hate the lot of them, but I couldn't code an AI better than that." "And it will work," Pym grunted, as a bunch of ants started herding Flynn back slightly. It was pretty clear in this case that Pym did not appreciate the jock. At least Tempest had been a woman of science - Flynn just seemed to be a pretty face, the type that Pym would hire to move equipment around the lab and then sigh in frustration when faced with the reality of how low the IQ of his help was. "Will someone get that DAMN CAT UNDER CONTROL?!" Pym snapped, hearing the mug fall to the ground from Goose batting it off. He didn't want this to be messed up because Barton felt like bringing his pet and Hawkeye went over to Goose, picking him up. "Goose, let's play a game, okay? It's called you stay in my arms and don't scratch me," Hawkeye whispered to the cat. "Retrieving female humanoid, approximate age seventeen," Ultron announced in a computerized and robotic sounding voice - which made sense. It would have been weird for his voice to be normal. His arm extended and he pulled out a girl in a white and pink outfit, reminiscent of Spider-Man. "...What universe is this?" the girl asked, her blonde hair poking out from underneath the white hood of her outfit. "Retrieving female humanoid, approximate age twenty," Ultron then announced, reaching his arm back through the portal and this time, he pulled out Sparky. To Sparky, it would have felt like she had been in the Quantum Realm for an entire year. "Retrieving male humanoid, approximate age five hundred," Ultron said, pulling Raynor out of the Quantum Realm next. His hair was long and shaggy and he seemed to be incredibly malnourished. His skin was the color of ash and he was hardly breathing. And lastly, Ultron reached his arm through one last time, "Retrieving female humanoid, approximate age seventy," he said. He then pulled Janet Van Dyne, the original Wasp, out of the Quantum Realm and the portal closed, as tears came to Hank's eyes. The program finished and Novikova collapsed unconscious, blood gushing from her nose from the overuse of her powers. "Janet!" Hank cried out, racing across the room and embracing her. Hope joined in on the hug as well and the family was reunited at last. "Primary directive fulfilled. Initiating secondary protocol."
