I had tried to squeeze in a bit of my own research on my off time so I found some of those things too lol I also tried to look up PTSD in medieval times but most of the articles suggested that knights would take time off and sorta use religion as a way to cope I guess? Which I figured wouldn't really work too well for our story since most nobles aren't very religious
