[b]Personality:[/b] Sarcastic and irreverent, Fion is pretty much a giant jackass. He gets a kick out of pissing people off, and often refuses to listen to people he has no respect for. For those who Fion actually likes or respects, he taunts them far more, but is much less malicious about it. Basically an asshole teenager. 

[b]Powers:[/b] Fion is capable of using Sword Arts despite having a penis. He specializes in wind as his element and generally uses it to enhance his swordplay, casting spells designed to increase his speed and reflexes, as well as make his sword invisible. However, he is still perfectly capable of casting more traditional Sword Arts, making blades of wind that he can either wield or shoot at people, as well as small tornadoes. Also a very adept swordsman that can go toe-to-toe with Sword Skills masters once he enhances his speed to their levels. 

[b]Brief History:[/b] Lost his left arm at the age of eight when the nursery he was in got attacked by monsters and set on fire. Had a dead little girl's arm transplanted onto his, which is probably why he can use Sword Arts. Graduated from Dansila's Academy of War two years early, after which he got dishonorably discharged from the military once he realized that hey, he fucking hated people telling him what to do. Spent the last two years as a mercenary. 

Met Riley and established a super-tsun friendship with each other. Went with her on a job to Bakery Town, shit went down with Vance, the vampire, and the airship crashing into a Rift Beast. Later forced by his mother to infiltrate the witch meeting in Talze Utera and find out what they're up to. Fights a lot, runs out of mana, and takes Riley and runs before she can commit suicide by mother. 

Back in Dansila, he goes as Riley's escort to the Student Council Ball. People shittalk Riley, Riley leaves, and Fion gets pissed and stabs one of the main people responsible for it in a duel. Later starts arms training with Riley, which leads to really blatant flirting. Currently having issues with his girl arm spasming randomly. 

Also likes Riley, but is too chickenshit to admit it.
