Name: Paula Dirac Nicknames: The Irrational Mage,"The Mathemagician" Age: 31 Gender: Female Master of: TBD Command Seal Location: Left Hand Origin: π Appearance: - Personality: Ecstatic, obsessive and a little crazy. Biography: A child prodigy born to a well-off British family, she was taught her family's Numerology magecraft from a young age. Their Numerology was mostly derived from an ancient Babylonian tradition rather than more contemporary methods derived from Kabbalah. It's primary function was to predict outcomes of current events and discern personality traits. However, more sinister sects could alter other people's temperament's, allowing mages to manipulate others from the shadows so that their visions of the future were realised. This was how the Dirac's were able to amass influence within the Mage Association. Paula herself is particularly math obsessed, even having earned a Masters from a typical university. She tries to reduce everything to an equation, a delicate dance of numbers working off of each other. When controlling for every variable, math can be used to predict everything. This is why she covets the Grail as the Grail is a direct line to the Root of the World, the only thing that could possibly account for everything. It has been said that mathematics is the language of God, so surely it must be the true path to the Root? - Magecraft Section School of Magecraft: Numerology (Chaldean), Elemental Magic (Earth) Skills/Spells List: *Snap (6): A magic bullet. *Set (8): A trap spell that ties an enemy to the ground for a few seconds. *Square (5): A spell that amplifies a spell's power. You could say it squares a spells output. *Circle (6): A redirection spell. Hers is particularly effective due it being derived from her Origin. It can turn spells 180 degrees. *Mean (3): A counterspell that scatters a spell over an area, diminishing its effects. In other words it regresses to the mean. *Dry (2): An Earth elemental spell that separates solid from liquid, rendering things dry. She mostly uses this to maintain her stash of fancey chaulk! *Granular Manipulation (3): A spell that allows for the manipulation of granular solids like sand, gravel or dust. She mostly uses this to keep her chaulkboards clean but it does have combat applications. *Predict (1): A lengthy Numerological ritual that lets the caster see a possible outcome of events. Alignment: Chaotic Good Servant of: TBD Weapon(s): A spear. Wish: To have his family restored. Abilities: A very fast and precise spearman and an expert rider. Skills: *Bravery (C): The ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination. *Nature of the Rebellion Spirit (B): The temperament to never remain at one location and never embrace a lord. A wandering star that does not have the capacity to be king nor is capable of finding his own king. Negates the effects of Charisma with the same rank. *Encroaching Myth (-): Due to similarities, another hero's story has overtaken this spirit. This Servant possessing another Heroic Spirit's Noble Phantasm upon being summoned becomes possible. Originally was the Rider of Pegasus, but his myth was supplanted with the myth of another. Not a case of mistaken identity but rather a conscious decision made by artists throughout the ages. Class Abilities: *Riding (A+): All vehicles and all creatures up to the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts. *Magical Resistance (C):Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals. Base Parameters: *Strength: C *Endurance: C *Agility: A *Magical Power: B *Good luck: E *Noble Phantasm: A+ Noble Phantasms: Name: Perseus's Mantle (Fake) Quote: "Not even the boundaries of the Self will betray your position." Rank: C Type: Anti-Unit (Self) Range: 1-2 Description: One of the five NPs given to Perseus for the sole purpose of slaying Medusa. According to myth it renders the user invisible, however it's designed purpose was to traverse the Bounded Field of the Shapeless Isle undetected. In it's Fake form the mantle can alter the user's appearance instead of rendering him invisible, but his Encroaching Myth skill allows it's ability to cross Bounded Fields undetected retained. Name: Lead Spear-The Chimera's Bane Quote: "Hoist by it's own arrogance, how ironic?" Rank: D Type: Anti-Unit Range: 10-50 Description: Upon arriving in Lycia to vanquish the Chimera he found he could not pierce the hide of the beast. The Chimera was in some way a kin of the Nemean Lion that would later be slain by Heracles. After narrowly being incinerated by the monster's fire-breath he mounted a block of lead onto the end of a spear and flung it into the Chimera's mouth just as it was about to let loose its flame, melting the block and blocking it's air passage causing it to suffocate. Upon first glance the spear is unremarkable, even mundane looking. It is an 8 foot metal pole topped with an oversized lead tip. The lead tip is malleable and can be stretched and manipulated to suit a variety of combat situations. The true nature of the weapon is revealed upon successfully receiving an enemy attack with the tip. The spear absorbs the attack's output and reflects it back at an equivalent rank with any effects retained. Depending on the nature of the attack appropriate parameter checks may be required. Name: Stone Rain-The Amazon's Undoing Quote: "It's literally just rock's fall, everyone dies." Rank: D+ Type: Anti-Unit Range: 30-100 Description: His accomplishment of slaying the Chimera had gone unrecognised and so he was tasked with a series of labours (not unlike a certain demigod who would succeed him). One of these labours was to defeat the Amazons, a race of warrior women. He easily beat them by just dropping boulders on them from his flying horse. When manifested, it causes meteor-like boulders to rain down in an 50m radius around him. Can be manifested on the ground but is most effective from the air. Name: Bellerophon: Bridle of Chivalry Quote: "Upon its wings I shall soar above Olympus!" Rank: A++ Type: Anti-Army Range: 2-50 Description: A shining golden harness, bridle, and saddle set capable of fully controlling a divine beast. It has no effect by itself, but once fastened to the mount, it increases all attributes by one rank and allows for the beast to use its most powerful charge to physically destroy the target. It must be fastened after the mount is summoned or simultaneously as it emerges from the summoning circle. It is an attack supreme in attack and defence, capable of killing any servant directly. Rider uses Bellerophon as his personal mount, the mythical winged horse Pegasus. While summoning a legendary beast is an ability rivalling that of a Noble Phantasm, it is done independently of Bellerophon as one of Rider's innate abilities due to his deeds as a Heroic Spirit. Being the originally owner and namesake of this NP it receives a boosted modifier. Can be performed on the ground but is most effective from the sky.
True Name: Bellerophon. A celebrated Greek hero, a demigod and son of Poseidon who tamed Pegasus and slew the Chimera shortly after his exile from Corinth for the murder of his brother. After completing several other tasks he was given half the kingdom of Lycia in recognition. As his fame and status grew he became arrogant and desired to live amongst the Gods, flying up to Mount Olympus on his winged steed. Angered, Zeus sent a gadfly to sting Pegasus, causing Bellerophon to fall back down to earth. He survived the fall but was permanently crippled and spent the rest of his life in embittered solitude. Pegasus completed the journey to the house of the gods and was rewarded by carrying Zeus's thunderbolts. However, this is far from the whole story. In truth, Bellerophon was a mere mortal who abused a rumour that his mother had laid with Poseidon to spread the idea that he was a demigod to gain notoriety. He was framed for his brother's murder and blamed the gods for his misfortune. He was also intensely jealous of Perseus, who he viewed as someone who was handed everything, and sought to one-up him by taming Pegasus.
Appearance: https://static.zerochan.net/Rider.%28Fate.Prototype%29.full.1237711.jpg
