Whenever she transforms, it pulses with an unholy glow and seeps with a heat akin to a fever. As with all Magical Girls, targeting this location is the best way of restricting her magic.

[b][color=ba2259]• Devil Arm:[/color][/b] The Dark Repulser is a set of twin blades pulsing with Chiaki’s dark magic. The blades each are enchanted and enriched in Chiaki’s vibration magic, making them appear as swords of pure light. In reality, each of them is vibrating faster than the eye can perceive. Because of this, Dark Repulser is able to cut through most materials easily, even bypassing certain types of magic due to the weapons themselves being empowered with magic. The twin blades may also be combined to form a twin-bladed staff, adding to Chiaki’s range and mobility. Coupled with her impressive blade skills, and the Dark Repulser makes for a reliable and deadly ally.

[b][color=ba2259]• Magic:[/color][/b] Chiaki’s magic allows her to vibrate material, both inanimate and living. As a once proud Magical Girl of the light, she was able to fully explore her powers with a wide range of utilities. This included being able to phase herself through solid matter by vibrating her molecules at incredible speeds as well as extending her magic to other people. But since being corrupted, her magic has faced a severe backlash in power.

No longer is she able to phase through matter, nor is she able to apply vibrations freely. Instead, whenever she does apply her magic to herself it takes the form of a crimson aura outlining her body. With it, she’s able to move at incredible speeds, heightening her reflexes and physical prowess. This ultimately allows her to turn herself into a living blade that can cut anything she makes contact with; though the ability she displays now are a far cry to her former power. Furthermore, the more she does apply magic to herself, the more of a strain it has on her body, resulting in major physical backlash and follow-up recuperation. 

Lastly, her vibration magic also applies to any weapons or objects she touches. The former is seen in her weapon set of the Dark Repluser while the latter can be any inanimate object. By vibrating an object, she can turn them into living bullets when thrown by increasing their speed or make them as sharp as knives for others to touch.  

[b][color=ba2259]• Background:[/color][/b] It’s unknown when Chiaki became a Magical Girl; just as long as it was when she turned towards the side of darkness and forsake her noble mission. What matters is less Chiaki’s past and more so the present she was able to carve out for herself. Being perhaps one of the oldest Magical Girls in Miso City, Chiaki’s mere presence was able to cow Nightmare activity and dissuade any potential threats on the rest of the populace.

But overtime her views simply became too cynical and too jaded to maintain the mask of light any further. And when her younger sister formed a contract to become a Magical Girl herself, it was then Chiaki became corrupted. Or rather, it’s more accurate to say, that by that time Chiaki was already steeped in the shadows. If Chiaki is rumored to be the first Miso City Magical Girl in some time, then there is no doubt she was its first Dark Magical Girl.

Through Chiaki’s tutelage, girls who shared her beliefs were encouraged in bonding together and forming their own sort of pact. Becoming what is now known as the Detention Club, Chiaki would lead her students further in the ways of darkness right until she “graduated” from the club. One of her most devout kouhai, Touka Yama, would eventually take her place as the new President of the Detention Club.

[b][color=ba2259]• Inventory:[/color][/b] Chiaki doesn’t carry much on her personal figure, though her glasses are always a constant stay. Given Miso City’s cold winters, she’s often seen donning her crimson scarf. In the warmer months, she’s said to dress more casually as expected.

As such, it becomes near-impossible to locate it, let alone target it. Whenever she transforms, it pulses with an dark glow reminiscent of squirming wires. As with all Magical Girls, targeting this location is the best way of restricting her magic.

[b][color=springgreen]✥ Devil Arm:[/color][/b] Diamond Vein is the name of Touka’s Devil Arm, serving as an extension overall to her magic. With her power over the wires in her body, she can manipulate them to fit her many needs. These may include various weapons, traps, or even wholly conscious clones each entirely conjured out of her wires. As such, Diamond Vein allows her to take more damage than what would be natural for a Magical Girl. Her body has become her weapon; where once her wires could only sew magic back together and heal, now they serve to mangle and render apart.

[b][color=springgreen]✥ Magic:[/color][/b] Touka’s magic has converted every vein in her body into a wire strong enough to cut diamond. As a result, she has free reign over her bodily functions and complete manipulation of her wires. Once a denizen of light, Touka’s magic was utilized as a healing mechanism. With her wires, she was able to stitch back together torn flesh and even sew scattered magic back to its user. But since being corrupted, she has lost these abilities. What she has gained instead is much more lethal.

Touka is able to generate a wide assortment of weapons from her wires as well as use them to traverse across great gaps of space. Furthermore, she can set up elaborate traps using her wires as well as stitch her own torn flesh back together if the need arises. Her most powerful application of her magic, however, is her ability to create fully sentient clones from her wires. This has been the case for Magical Girls such as [url= https://i.imgur.com/LknQNzY.png]Black Shot[/url], whose nature remains a secret to most of the Detention Club even now.

These clones are able to rationalize and deduct problems on their own, able to act in such a way as to mimic ordinary humans and Magical Girls. Each one of them are completely loyal to Touka and will not hesitate to drop whatever they’re doing to act on her whims. However, they are also reflections of their creator’s psyche; whatever a clone feels, Touka feels all the same. Likewise, whatever mental capacity Touka inhibits is thus transferred to the clone.  

[b][color=springgreen]✥ Background:[/color][/b] Touka hardly remembers her mother; nor does she care much for the woman. All that she’s ever known was her father, who had shut down mentally and socially once her mother had died. It was during those early years that Touka had been approached by those Mascots who served the side of magic within the world. What they offered was power and a wish to be granted in return for their services. As fools do, Touka accepted the contract without much thought, only desiring the once perceived warmth and attention of her father.

Thus, she became a Magical Girl. And for a time, all was good. She strived long and hard to vanquish the Nightmares pervading in Miso City’s streets. Even her father, who had remained so distant and cold during those early years began giving her more and more attention. Though it was soon attention Touka didn’t expect or find comforting. Indeed, her father gave her care, but not in the way she would have liked. Such treatment would go on for some time before corruption took place.

The legal system had ruled it as suicide, but hanging one’s self with wires was difficult, even for the poor-hearted. All the same, Touka abandoned whatever ideals she might have had and fully embraced the seducing power Nightmares had to offer. It wasn’t long after this she stumbled upon the Detention Club and its former president. Drawn by a group of like-minded Magical Girls, it wasn’t long before Touka rose up in rank and soon would be running the Club herself in due time.

[b][color=springgreen]✥ Inventory:[/color][/b] As the President of the Detention Club and a respected member of Miso City High’s society, Touka can usually be found carrying papers and files on school grounds. Whether these files are of actual importance or just to sell her “good girl” façade is unknown. Otherwise, she also carries her phone wherever she goes.
