Just under six feet tall, Glenn has a rather lean frame. He has a little bit of stubble, as he prefers a rustic look. Glenn has rather angular features and is considered conventionally attractive by most people.

[b][u]History:[/u][/b] 
Glenn Spade was always fascinated by the idea of flight as a child. He had aspirations of being a pilot since he was very young. When he was sixteen, he started going for his recreational pilot's license. He did very well. Becoming the youngest person to do a solo landing in Queensland. His father, who was an Army Commander, was proud and pushed him towards a career in the Air Force. 
His mother wasn't around, having died during childbirth, and Glenn taking interest in the Air Force was the first time his Father felt like he was doing this parenting thing right. 
Glenn enlisted when he was eighteen. He did very well in the aptitude testing and was fast-tracked through various advanced aircraft training courses. By the time he was twenty-five, he had made a name for himself.

He was on top of his game. Glenn was living the good life. The Air Force let him fly the fastest planes. At least until the incident. It was a routine exercise in the Australian Outback. There wasn't supposed to be any live fire. Just seeing who could get missile lock first. The Jets hadn't even had any missiles loaded. It was during this training exercise that Glenn Spade saw something. 
A creature of some sort. He couldn't describe it. Just that something was out there. It was fast, and burrowed into the sand. Whatever it was, it took down five fighter planes. Glenn was the only plane left in the sky before the creature disappeared. 
The Air Force didn't believe him, and put him on desk duty, while they looked into it. They were looking for evidence to court marshal him. They probably would have to, if TERRA didn't pick him up.

The CONDOR class fighter was developed by the greatest minds at TERRA. It is designed to be agile. To move around a Kaiju and attack from all angles.
Equipped with two gun turrets, each containing a dual-linked machine gun, and a heavy armour piercing cannon, the CONDOR packs enough firepower to keep the pressure on the Kaiju while the ground forces have enough time to set up anti-air countermeasures. 
While relatively small compared to most Kaiju, the Condor, is the first step in taking back the skies.

The Nano suit was designed to allow TERRA operatives better survival gear in the field. While it lacks any real offensive capabilities that would affect a Kaiju, its main use in the Pilot Corp. 
With Kaiju knocking planes out of the sky, TERRA found it was easier to develop the Pilot Survival Suit instead of training new pilots every time one died.
