Famous for his legendary heists and mastery of disguise, it would be no stretch of the imagination to say that Arsene is the most famous fictional thief in history today, yet somehow he is summonable by the Holy Grail. His existence seems to be similar to his known rival Sherlock Holmes in this case, as he constantly hints towards the possibility of him existing in real life. If you were to question him about this, he would likely dodge around the question and vaguely allude to Monsieur Holmes and say that his existence is similar to that man in some way. You would also find yourself missing several items off your personage. On an unrelated note, much of Arsene's fame comes from Japanese interpretations of the Gentleman Thief and their many works inspired by his adventures. As such, he has been summoned with much more flair and dramatic ideals than he had in life, ensuring his heists will be noticed by the world.
Weapon: While he wielded no weapons in his many adventures, the idea of the gentleman thief using a cane sword as become so ingrained into the public psyche that Arsene has been summoned with just such an item to use during the Holy Grail War. While he isn't exactly displeased that he's been summoned with this handy new tool, he is loath to do any actual fighting himself. Parameters: Strength: C Endurance: E Agility: A+ Mana: E Luck: A++
Class Skills: Presence Concealment A+: Arsene's ability to seamlessly blend into crowds and perfectly disguise himself has proven to fool absolutely anyone, with the only person being able to see through his disguises being Sherlock Holmes himself. As such, Arsene has been granted the skill Presence Concealment at a rank of A with a plus modifier being added whenever he uses his Disguise Skill. At this rank it is possible to disappear completely and become almost impossible to be detected, even against a Servant's perception. However, efficiency will decrease once preparations to attack are taken. Personal Skills: Disguise A+: It is no exaggeration to say that Arsene Lupin is the greatest in the world when it comes to appearing as someone else. Assassin can not only disguise himself as another, but he can also perfectly replicate any unique mannerisms and accurately judge what a person is like after only one conversation. This skill also makes it possible to disguise himself as a completely fictitious person and give away no hints to his true identity. At this rank, it is even possible to make modifications to oneself similar to the Shapeshift skill. Eye For Art A: Should Assassin see any Noble Phantasm with artistic anecdotes, it is absolutely guaranteed that he would recognize it. While in most cases this is a skill that would be given to someone with a fine appreciation for art, in this case it is less that he loves art and more so that he is in love with the act of stealing art. Charisma of an Evil Genius B: A variation of the Charisma Skill meant for criminal masterminds and their ilk. During his many adventures Assassin built a complex network of "friends" and friends who would help him commit his daring escapades. At one point he even attempted to recruit his own daughter to his gang, only to be stopped by her wetmaid at the last possible moment. At this rank, Assassin is capable of instilling enough confidence and coordination in his allies to perform even the most complex of heists. A Wonderful Heist A+++: A unique skill given only to Assassin, this is a variation and upgrade of the skill Military Tactics. From a very young age Assassin has had a talent for crime, going into several fields of study just so he could apply them to his crimes to pull off more daring heists. With enough time and dedication, there is no castle he can't infiltrate, no security system he cannot circumvent, and no treasure he cannot take.
Noble Phantasm: Je Sais Tout The Greatest Heist of All Rank: C+ Type: Anti-Unit/Anti-Treasure Range: 1-2 This is the sum of everything Assassin is and was, the collection of his skills and the materialization of the "phantom thief" trope that he embodied into an unstoppable curse. To activate it, Assassin merely needs to warn his chosen target that "I am going to steal your most valuable treasure." The method of warning is irrelevant, it could be either letter or verbal warning, so long as the calling card is sent and the message is understood the curse is loaded. The curse is then fired once the target puts up their defenses or accepts Assassins challenge by preparing for his attack. Once activated the target must pass either a Luck or Agility check (whichever stat is lower is the one that will be tested), if they cannot pass then their "treasure" will fall into Assassin's possession without fail. Normally this would be an instantaneous attack that could be done from any distance, the "treasure" seemingly teleporting into Assassin's possession with no action from him, Assassin has declared that it would be quite boring if he there was no game to be played. Thus he has intentionally weakened the Noble Phantasm and made it so he must be within melee range in order to pull off his heist. Normally Assassin would also not be able to steal immaterial possessions with no physical form, however a certain Phantom Thief who steals hearts has popularized the idea enough that Assassin can now steal "ideas". In effect, Assassin can now steal even the idea of something, such as an enemy Servant's skill or other such nonmaterial things.
