With that said I've been in the mood to play something similar to this concept. 

Convict/prisoners/Juvenal delinquents that have done heinous crimes or multiple offenses or perhaps wrong place wrong time, Maybe political imprisonment. Of males and females banished to a secluded large Island. I'm not sure If I want to do Adults only or a mixture of adults and teens or just teens, Maybe go Lord of the Flies style. Depending on the interest we can go from there. 

So basically, your on an island with other criminals and it's free for all. you must fend for yourself and if you die, well no one will care because there is no OUTSIDE authority. You can try to escape but there is a perimeter of explosions, set by the government or the warren. Plus there is sharks, lots and lots of sharks. 

There is an oil style rig outside the perimeters, one on each side of the island, In the depths of the ocean. These are security towers filled with security personnel just in case a prisoner does manage to get past all other defense.

You are left on this Island to die. You will live out your life on this Island, for however long that might be. There is NO ESCAPE
