[b][color=C71585]Personality:[/color][/b] Annika is a stressed, tormented individual. Most often, she’s standing alone from everyone else (because they just don’t understand her) and writing soulful poetry. The poetry is dark in nature because it reflects her profound, deep soul. Annika is very sensitive and can’t handle most criticism without lashing out. She can be overdramatic but this is totally justified considering her traumatic and haunting backstory. When she gets nervous she tends to get self destructive and acts out in order to get attention. She is an old soul and shares thoughtful wisdom regarding the universe to those she feels close to. She never trusts anyone. In order to relieve herself of the stress that the horrific nightmares she gets every night she draws images from her dreams in charcoal. The images are so graphic they can’t even be described on this site. Her only salvation is worshiping a being she only refers to as, “The Dark Master”. The Dark Master can be demanding at times and her rituals costly, but The Dark Master knows what’s best and so no one should worry about this. 
[b][color=C71585]History[/color][/b]:[indent]Annika was born to a witch mother and werewolf dad. Once her parents found out she was a hybrid, they starting treating her very badly because they were afraid of her. They forced her to wear silver jewellery to keep her werewolf side in check and never let her around magic because they didn’t want her to better than they were. They locked her in the basements for weeks at a time and somehow no one ever noticed she was gone during those periods. Sometimes her parents would let her out of the basement and act nice and friendly towards her but then suddenly become cold and abusive again. They also starved her when she was locked in the basement. When she was eight years old she was locked in the basement one night and a fire started in the kitchen. While she struggled to escape, she shifted into a werewolf for the first time. Using her wolf powers, she was able to break out of the basement and tumbled outside to the yard. Her parents were sleeping at this time though and they perished in the fire.[/indent]

[Indent]Annika’s nightmares started after her parents died. They were the only family she knew. That was because her parents kept her a secret from the rest of the family. Her uncle soon found out about her though and took her in. Her Uncle was even worse than her parents however and blamed her for their deaths saying she could have prevented it. Her uncle was an alcoholic and beat her every night until she snapped and shifted once more, killing him. After she killed him she hung his body from the tree in the yard. Her uncle was from her mom’s side and so he was a wizard. After searching through his stuff she found tons of magical books and artifacts. She took his bag and put all his magical stuff in there before taking off.[/indent]

[Indent]Fourteen and penniless, she found herself begging for scraps on the street. She slept in a cardboard box for months on end and learned she had to steal in order to survive. Meanwhile, the cops were looking for her because she was a suspect in her uncle’s murder. One night she was woken up by people approaching her. Since she had killed her uncle, she hadn’t been able to shift into a werewolf once. This made her paranoid because she didn’t think she could protect herself anymore. She had stolen a stiletto knife and hid that in her shirt but she didn’t think she could fend off that many people. Fortunately, the people she found were actually a coven  of witches and they could sense the latent magical witch abilities in her. They took her in as one of their own and for once in her life, she felt like she belonged.[/Indent]

[Indent]The coven taught her about the “The Dark Master” who they all worshipped. She joined in their rituals and showed them all her magical artifacts she had gotten from her uncle. Once she felt like she could trust them she told them her secret; that she was a hybrid. Instead of ostracizing her, they accepted her for who she was. She was apprenticing under one of the senior witches and was getting pretty good at casting spells when the police suddenly busted into the lair and shot all her friends right before her eyes. For the first time since she killed her uncle, she could feel the stirrings of the beast in her. She didn’t hold back and transformed once more, attacking all the cops and killing them.[/Indent]

[Indent]Since then, she ran off into the forest. She had nightmares every night about her dead friends and family members as well as The Dark Master. She never saw The Dark Master in her dreams but she could hear his voice and it was the one familiar thing she had since all her friends were dead. Then she found it, her new haven. Or so she thought...[/Indent]

She has a delicate splattering of light beige freckles across the bridge of her nose with her  cheeks flushing a dusty rose tint. She has a simple silver piercing on her nose, which is small and button-like. Thick black eyelashes adorn her pale coin grey eyes, which are mixed with flecks of gold that hint at her werewolf heritage.

She is tall, standing around 5’7 and very thin. She has silver belly button piercing which leaves a red mark since she’s part werewolf. Her voluminous crow black hair has cloud grey streaks running through it. It falls in long waves down her back ending at her hips. Her bangs are pulled back and braided. The ends of her hair are asymmetrical and split because of how she trims it. Using her witch magic, she can create magical tattoos and change them as she wishes. She has a large tattoo of black angel wings on her back and tattoos of the moon in different phases going down both her arms. She wears black eyeliner with the cat wings and dark black lipstick and sparkly purple eyeshadow. She has long fingernails that are painted black.

For clothing she only wears dark monochromatic colors. Her attire features several punk rocks band crop tops (Including but not limited to: Metallica, Iron Maiden, Icon for Hire, Panic! At the Disco Twenty One Pilots, Nirvana, etc.), high waisted black shorts with several silver buttons and black platform boot heels. When it gets cold out she wears a velvet cloak to keep warm. On her head she wears a black funeral veil and carries a black umbrella everywhere. For fancier occasions she wears a black dress with fishnet tights. The dress has a deep v-neck plunge and black string that laces across it. At the ends of the dress is white lacing. She wears an amethyst pendant and several silver rings. She wears a silver charm bracelet as an anklet on her right foot.
