Elena was by Outpost 4 when the Ultra Sound pulse disrupted operations.  She was recently transferred there after serving her purpose at other outposts.  While Akhult was her primary target for tracking, Elena was on the lookout for reports on other kaiju that could be a threat to humanity.

[b][u]History:[/u][/b] 
The blonde beauty was raised under parents serving full time in the United States Armed Forces.  While she wasn't able to be a soldier following in her father's footsteps, she was able to gain a position as intelligence.  The military brat earned her position and career by thinking outside the box and cutting the Gordian knot as her parents taught her.  Elena's hard work and resourcefulness allowed her to have promotions and be recommended to serve under TERRA.  

When the frequency hit the base and the monsters broke out of containment, her lover got killed in an attempt to contain one of the monsters.  While she considered the kaiju no more intelligent than animals, she swore to make sure no repeat incidents happen ever again on her watch.  Recently, Elena requested to oversee the most dangerous arctic kaiju and attempt to divert them away from the human populations of Anchorage and Juneau.  

However, she was not the type to be black and white when it comes to assessing the situation.  Elena knew the difference between a threat and a nuisance.  Surprisingly levelheaded, she entertained the possibility of "harmless" kaiju or the ones that didn't pose a danger to humankind.  Ready to put her experience and her resources to the test, Elena's now giving it all she got.
