Kim is slender and a bit taller then average, as well as physically fit thanks to routine military training from way back when. When she's not in uniform she likes to dress semi-casually, preferring to blend into the background rather than stand out.

Acting Director of VKBT (Vụ sự kiện bất thường, or the Bureau of Extra-normal Affairs), a branch of the Vietnamese Intelligence Agency suddenly thrust into prominence by the rise of the Kaiju.

[b][u]Starting Location:[/u][/b] 
Kim was in Hanoi coordinating with allies of the VKBT on foreign investigations when word of the extra-normal event waking the kaiju came in.

[b][u]History:[/u][/b] 
Kim was born and raised in Hanoi, emulating her father who enjoyed a proud service in the Vietnamese army who in turn emulated his father, a patriot who fought to liberate Vietnam from the Western imperialists in the 1970's. Growing up comfortably in the economic boom times, Kim wanted to be a tank driver but her father and mother, wanting more from her then being a military grunt, encouraged her to go to university and put her burgeoning intellect to good use. While she still entertained dreams of serving her country, she managed to excel in school and upon graduating at a young age was snapped up by the Vietnamese intelligence agency, TC2, and hired as an analyst.

Kim was never one to settle for the mundane and the normal, and this interest was picked up by the head of the VKBT, a department made to fill the same roll that TERRA did for the Western world. Recognizing her talent, the Minister of the VKBT promoted her to Deputy Director and assigned her to coordinate intelligence gathering on abnormal objects, which she has been doing happily ever since.

[b][u]Other:[/u][/b] 
The VKBT was founded by the Vietnamese government following the end of the Independence War after the new government rejected an offer to support TERRA, since the newly freed nation had zero interest in working with the Western-UN based organization. VKBT has since grown to encompass a loose alliance between several nations distrustful of Western and UN dominated institutions, with the intent of filling the same roll as TERRA for these disparate governments.
