Lowlander - As a Lowlander, you live under the rule of the madmen of the South; the Caerbean city state. There are no Lords in the Lowlands. Those who rule over the land tend to stay to themselves so long as the taxes are paid. They ride out on occasion from their keeps to start a fight or to chase off the more dangerous monsters to come out of the swamps. For the most part, the Lowlands takes care of itself with many adventure and mercenary guilds protecting the lands and patrolling the trade lanes. Any Lowlander knows the insults - Caerbeans call you too weak while Kingslanders call you uneducated. But there are many more of you than there are of them. In all, life is decent here. Food is cheap, work is plentiful and tradesmen always have money to spend on your services. Bow Expertise - Trained and skilled in the use of a bow. Not considered encumbered when using hunting or light bows. Does not apply to long and war bows. Paralyzing Agent - May be applied to a weapon or directly to an open wound. On a successful hit, causes target creature to lose one point of Initiative temporarily. The effect lasts until the creature rests and is cumulative. Four charges for each small jar.

A generally friendly and outgoing young man, there is little Loran enjoys more than making and spending time with his friends and going on adventures around town. If you ever need a helping hand, this guy will always be ready to lend one, though chances are that he might only make the situation worse, not intentionally! Trouble just seems to follow him around in the form of blundered words, trusting shady characters, looking for an adventure to cure boredom and actions that aren’t completely thought through.
