Rachel stopped for a moment as the nurses accent changed as well as her attitude, though deciding that it wasn't worth paying attention to the hybrid placed the book on her arms and continued her search "I told you before, I've never needed doctor's or infirmaries and I don't plan to start now. I can handle a couple of arrow wounds and what is happening inside is nothing that any doctor can help with" She told the nurse in a more stern tone, not bothering to look up from her book search.
Rachel though did look up to see where Spartan was at the moment, deciding to take her search closer to him encase she needed to call to him for help, she was really determined to not return to sitting in a bed for gods know how long. Finding another book that seemed like it would be helpful to what she was looking for, Rachel added that to the pile growing in her arms. Wanting to know if it was the mark left by the angel that was drawing her wings away and causing them to be difficult to summon if she was able to summon them at all at the moment.
