Kassy came rushing back to the classroom, red-faced and a little upset. Apparently the homeroom teacher had some unexpected emergency, so they were going to have to find a new one. At least it gave the students some time to get to know each other, and they were well behaved enough that no incidents had occurred. 

"Mr. Brando." She met him at the door. "Thank you for taking over in my absence. I had been trying to figure out where the homeroom teacher had gotten to. Apparently, a car accident. And they call US dangerous. Anyway, I appreciate the help. They were going to the gym, right?"
