Child of The Moon: Morris has the ability to transform into an 8 foot tall [url=https://cdn2-www.mandatory.com/assets/uploads/2012/05/file_187295_0_Van_Helsing_Werewolf.jpg]anthropomorphic wolf[/url] that grants him superhuman strength, durability, speed and agility. In this form he is more ferocious and has less control over his impulses. His form possesses incredibly sharp and powerful claws that can cut through most metal including. Morris' senses in this form are far more powerful than any normal human being, which also includes night vision. Unlike the creatures from horror films, Morris is not weak against silver bullets, but his form is not invincible and if he takes too much damage then he will revert back to his human form. Also being knocked unconscious will revert him back to his human form and make him vulnerable. Intense exhaustion will also cause him to slowly change back into his human form.

In his wolf form he loses a lot of control over his emotions and becomes more violent and angry, which can make him a danger to others if he isn't focusing on keeping his forum under control. His powers have made him a somewhat of a loner out of fear of hurting others and despite being bullied on occasions at school, Morris tries as hard as he can to keep his anger in check so he doesn't kill any of his follow students.

[b]Background |[/b] Morris was born to a lower middle class family in New Haven and for as he could remember both of his parents had to work to keep the food on the table and get the bills paid. Because of this, many days saw Morris coming home to an empty house when he became old enough to stay home alone. His school life was rough and there were lots of bullies looking to pick on more vulnerable students. Morris was the kind of kid who would stand up for himself and try to stand up for other kids. this got him into several altercation with a few of the bullies.

Things changed for him when he got jumped by some local goons on Halloween night. He had been Trick R Treating while both of his parents worked late that day and while pulling a nice sized quantity of candy Morris was jumped by several neighborhood teenage thugs. They had wanted his candy and would have stolen it from him had he not felt his anger flare up to an insane level and then he felt intense pain as his body transformed for the first time into what only could be described as a werewolf.

With ferocious snarl he scared the goons away and grabbed one of them with his sharp claws and flung him into several garbage cans. In his state of rage and animalistic mentality Morris left his candy behind and leaped onto rooftops and began to run across the roofs of the city at rapid pace. eventually his anger died down and he changed back to normal and found himself dressed back in his Halloween. It took him a long time to find his candy bag again and it was very late when he got home. Thankfully his parents hadn't gotten back yet so he wouldn't have to explain what had happened.

Morris knew that this meant he was a Variant, a superhuman with incredible powers. He wondered if he could control his new found form and decided to test out his new powers when his parents were away and he found a place with very people to see him transform. his few transformations had him be in almost full control while in his new form, but the emotions and sheer animal instinct within the werewolf was hard to keep under control, but he was able to do it.

it wasn't too long after that he realized with his powers he could become a vigilante and fight crime while his parents were away at work. Despite being twelve years old, no would suspect that he was the ferocious beast known as Nightwolf.[/hider]
