Appearance: Tall and lanky with curly, unkempt black hair and light brown eyes with a faintly brown complexion Height: 5'3" Weight: 63 kg Name: Kagami Shiroyama Age: 25 Nationality: Japanese, affiliated with Operation: Symbiosis Noble Arm Name & Appearance: From Dust, To Dust, a set of five barbed metal darts around 10cm long. Noble Arm Abilities: From Dust, To Dust allows Kagami to disable another Noble Arm for a theoretically unlimited amount of time by piercing them with it. It completely disables the pierced person's use of all their Noble Arms. Manual removal from the person is possible but very painful and dangerous due to the barbs on the darts. Kagami can recall the darts himself to allow them to disappear. The main downside to this power is that it causes extreme physical strain on Kagami, causing him to feel heavier and heavier with each dart in use and, if sufficiently strong, the willpower of his victim. He's learned to deal with it to the point that he can still move with some agility with one or two darts in use. Anything above 3 darts; however, would almost completely immobilize him. 4 darts would cause him to black out in minutes with some internal injuries, waking up after a period of hours to days. 5 darts would be fatal in sustained use, eventually causing cardiac arrest and/or encephalitis and even if released in time, requiring a recovery period of days to months. In order to deal with the physical strain, Kagami has been forced to severely reduce his body mass and use more than one dart sparingly. Personality: "Don't let anyone do what you can do yourself" His lack of any actual ability other than that of disabling others and at a very high price required Kagami to get used to a lot of manual labor. Extremely self-reliant, Kagami prefers doing his work himself. He proves to be extremely reliable and is able to take on entire jobs himself. Though he appreciates the existence of subordinates, he gives them only the simplest of tasks and expects his orders to be followed the same way he does his work - quickly, relentlessly and successfully. Unfortunately, he hates working with others he views as inferior or inefficient (essentially, everyone who hasn't 'proved' themselves). In general, he disdains working with others and prefers taking on most tasks while having teammates harmlessly idle away from combat. "I'll be what I'll be" Kagami is thoroughly independent, ambitious and values his freedom. He believes in fairly receiving what one deserves according to the work they've done. He also believes that a person should be allowed to be as they wish, with minimal interference from the outside. Kagami also hates the idea of fitting in (in spite of having to do so most of his youth). He acknowledges that he will never fit in and accepts that, preferring to freelance than be bound to the ground. In spite of seeming like a general solo jerk, Kagami is quite amiable. He has some friends and though he may not trust them with work, he at least feels safe in calling them "friends". If you can get on his good side, he'd be more than happy to open up. He has; however, been notes to be very aggressive when dealing with opponents. Though not the type to order a direct assault, being frequently calm and composed, he is the type to slowly let an enemy bleed to death whether it be through his Arms or having his subordinates slice at them. Though in paper, they're Japanese. His grandparents were originally Filipino immigrants who naturalized and integrated into the country. A single piece of advice ran in the family - "We are Japanese, nothing more, nothing less". His grandparents had hated their homeland and chose to move to Japan in their youth to forget their homeland and chose the surname "Shiroyama". The family mantra came about when they realized they needed to fit into the local population, much, much more in order to be truly accepted as one of them. As Kagami grew older, though he gained no love for his family's true origin, he felt the family policy was strangling him. His family worked very hard to cover up every bit of their foreign origins that he had to be very careful about what he said and what he did. Meanwhile, in school, the young Kagami realized two truths. First, people were generally incompetent. Second, if you work hard enough towards a goal, you will achieve it. These two things he realized would continue to impact him for the rest of his life. He also discovered the existence of his Arms sometime in middle school and kept it a secret from his family. Over the rest of his youth, he would realize the capabilities of his gift along with its weaknesses. Later in life, he decided to go freelance and leave his family and adoptive homeland. He believed there was much more to see in the world, good or bad, he figured it'd still be worth seeing. *Current Goal: Nil Military Rank: Military Police
