Subject Jayson Vargas has displayed the usage of strong, wide-reaching telekinetic powers. From infantile studies done with the permission of his parents, it has been documented by premier scientists at N.O.V.A HQ that he draws on the kinetic energy around him to fuel his ability. Telekinesis, telepathy, barrier-creation, and self-healing are powers both seen and documented-the latter two seemingly instinctively done. The target however appears unaware of his Variant abilities and as such other powers are speculated to exist within his telekinetic array.

[b]Personality/Habits |[/b] Jayson has a difficult time concentrating on any one thing for extended periods of time. His mind flutters about when left alone, often time leaving him in a physical daze. Without the mind-dulling effects of music or other literary fancies, Jayson tends to dream or daydream in most cases of the countless inconceivable concepts seeking his attention. Many of which he hardly understands. The voices of people around him often scurries into his mind-space and despite this, his fear of standing out keeps him from seeking outside help. His need for freedom won't allow him to be hospitalized, however he's intelligent enough to know that his psychotic breaks, and quirks, could cause trouble. Until he gets it all under control, he's decided to play on his introverted tendencies.

[b]Background |[/b] At the age of four he was orphaned. By ten he was adopted by Garrod and Natalie Vargas, raised as their own with enough space to develop into himself. The Vargas couple moved around a lot up until they settled in New Haven. By this time Jayson had just turned seventeen and he had cemented a few bad habits. He distanced himself from most people; though he had many talents and was reasonably handsome, he lacked the confidence. He holed himself up in his home, at the age of nineteen, after saving up a bit of money from his side-gig of animating, he moved out of his parents home and into Ville Rouge. 

Now twenty, he animates out of his own apartment and rarely leaves. He hear the voices of people hunting him, watching him, and waiting for an opportunity. Any reason to "Bring him in". Because of this a bit of paranoia has entered his life. Since before his adoption, Jayson had always felt something swelling around him; the paranoia has turned it into a thorny overcoat.
