"Yes!" she squealed, pleased with the idea. "Then he can be Dr. Egg. Did you guys have a Dr. Egg on this Earth - the villain in the Sonic the Mole series?" she asked. Raynor sort of shrugged, having not exactly kept up on video games and whatnot over the years. He had been more worried about finding Lana, and it broke his spirit to know that despite all of his work, he had failed her. She was one of the many casualties of Ultron. At this point, the number of people killed by the robot was so high it couldn't be counted. So many lives had been destroyed and all for what? So that way he and Spider-Gwen could live? He wasn't a hero. He wasn't worth that sacrifice. "Kid, I have no idea what you're talking about," he admitted. As he glanced over at the meditating Sorcerer Supreme however, Dr. Strange's eyes opened and he shook his head slightly at the group. "It's Sonic the Hedgehog here," he corrected Spider-Gwen, his cape aiding him in his gentle descent as he walked over to the trio. "And as the last remaining member of the 'awesome facial hair bros,' I have a legacy to carry on - for Stark's sake - and I am afraid shaving my head would not honor that," he told them with a slight smirk. Raynor couldn't help but notice how Dr. Strange tensed up whenever he was around. He figured that Strange must have found out about his past - it would explain the tension - but at least he had been kind enough not to tell people. He didn't know how the team would look at him if they knew the monster they had destroyed the world for. Over in the medical area, Bonnie was wondering just what they were going to do. She didn't know too much about the time travel event the X-Men team had undergone, beyond what Cass had put in the mission reports about it, but she remembered that they had been assisted by a mutate named Thalia Maehers in order to accomplish it. She didn't know if it was possible through science or magic - and none of the people with powers there had the ability to go through time. "The X-Men had assistance though and odds are, Thalia Maehers is dead..." Bonnie said bluntly. "So unless you can think of another possible way for us to travel through time without the person who made that sort of thing possible to begin with back then, I don't know how we'd be able to accomplish it. Not to mention in order to do that, you'd need to pick out a specific time and place to travel to, so how would you be able to ensure that we'd pick the right time? Or the right place?" the Invisible Woman posed, her voice steady and even. This was outside of her area of scientific expertise. Banner's was with gamma radiation, Bonnie's was with biochemistry, Niah's with forensics, and Roman's with machines. The Black Panther had true scientific genius, but she wasn't an expert in quantum mechanics and how to invent a time machine. "Agent Carter and I can begin designs for a time machine," the Black Panther said anyways, eyeing the slightly antisocial agent. "If Dr. Banner could assist, I am sure we can come up with one. We have the smartest minds in the world under this roof." "...It's not exactly my area," Banner admitted. He would do anything to bring back his son though and he nodded. He couldn't help but wish that Tony was here - Tony could probably figure out time travel while drunk and getting into a screaming fight with his daughter. "But we can try." It was the most anyone could ask, right? Just to try? They owed it to everyone who died to do at least that. "And while the nerds figure out time travel, the rest of us can take out that weapon," Captain Marvel suggested. "Abercrombie, it's your call what we do. You're in charge." She didn't say that as much to inform Tinley as it was to remind herself. She was used to calling the shots and ignoring orders if she disagreed with them. She followed her conscience far more often than she did the chain of command. A moment later, there was a knock at the front entrance to the Sanctum. Only magic users were able to see it and the door opened, allowing a small woman to slip inside and she shut it behind her. Instantly, Bonnie had drawn a gun and aimed it at her. Captain Marvel powered up. Dr. Strange produced two discs of magic around his hands, ready to fight. "Relax, I am not here to kill you... Is this all that's left?" Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch, daughter of Magneto, and mutant terrorist asked.
