Ahnasha's reassurance did make Fendros relax and clutch Ahnasha's hands gratefully. He neither had the inclination nor the time to respond regarding making conversation with the morally questionable ancient vampire nearby. "We'll discuss what to do about the missing body after this," Fendros rushed out before they reached the door. "I cannot leave that unfinished." Despite the quick end to the conversation, Fendros did slow down before the door and brace himself before facing the stench again. Within, Sabine was standing up with her hands clasped together and her head bowed down. She looked up when Ahnasha and Fendros entered again. She did not intend to have any tea unless Hal-Neesa insisted. Fendros crossed his arms. "Saras, Sabine," Fendros said, stopping to chew on the poor taste the words were going to leave in his mouth. "Until such time as I or someone above me says otherwise, this is not to be known by anyone save for the adults in Meesei's pack. Understand?"
