As a child, she was Jason Edwards' next door neighbor and close friend though their friendship fell apart in middle school. Her interest in less savory pursuits has since led her down many dark alleyways. This might, perhaps, explain her loneliness or the accusations against her. Although she claims innocence, one can only wonder how involved she truly is. Is Maya Reynolds actually responsible for stealing the magic of others or is someone conspiring against her? And how innocent is she really?

All he needs is the proper push to love himself and maybe that help could come from an outsider? Or maybe, perhaps, he'll continue to struggle to accept himself and simply deal with the comments of a narcissistic mother.
