Sorry, I didn't see your post before mine. Anyway I talked on discord to a buddy of mine who's dad is in the rangers and he just told me Park Ranger Five is the highest "rank" you get before going into a superintendent or some sort of other managerial position, which Laurie wouldn't get quite yet.
