[@Blackstripe] the intention of the laughter was only to ever be something to use against goons. I did mention it in there that strong willed and those immune to attacks of the mind are immune.

In terms of speed I wasn’t aiming for top tier speedster. It’s more that he’s faster than a lot of meta humans but he’d be left for dust by the likes of the Flash and Superman. So maybe around about the speed of sound. If that’s still too fast that’s fine, I can adjust to a level you’re happy with :cool
