I hadn't even thought of how to get my character into the RP, I had originally thought that he'd just chance upon someone else's character or maybe a few of the characters out in the wastes and wilds. Be the kind of thing I can see happening.

But if there is a diner involved...which could be in a city or town...uh yeah.

He's a frontier scout, so his little town where he's based out of is more then likely days away from the nearest full on city or town. I suppose until I have a reason to bring him into a major place of population I could have him roaming the wastes.
