Maybe I'll start her in Armadillo and that's how she intends to pay her way for a bit, at least until something better comes along (good intentions that tend to get lost). Has every intention to make it to the city, but I doubt she'd last very long picking pockets outside of the city. But she could definitely dig in some drunkards pockets for sure.
