[Center]Most of the time Jessica is a kind, warm woman. She is bubbly and, maybe, appears to be a bit ditsy. However, anyone who gets to know her for any amount of time knows she's a highly intelligent woman who hides behind a facade of just being the picture of aristocracy. [Center]Jessica comes from the outskirts of Heston, her family is middle level landed nobility. Her mother is the only child of Earl Vance and was married to the man to inherit the Anton title. It would have been fine had he not been turned into a vampire on their wedding day and had Jessica not been conceived during that transition period. Her birth was after her father had been killed and her mother died in childbirth. That left her as the soul inheritor. 

Over the years she found that she had certain needs but also certain potentials. She is able to use her innate powers to enhance her combat abilities and her magic. Her major focus has been with divination but she has many spells from other fields. She stays away from Necromancy completely, though, knowing that would only lead her down the wrong path. She went on adventures, much to her grandfather's dismay, and it was glorious. 

Most recently, though, she's found herself in the city, her father trying to get her together with the prince it seemed. Jessica has no desire there, he's a child, well an adult but she's nearly twice his age even if she doesn't look it. So, when there was a chance to do something else she took it. And, it never hurt to raise her family's name.[/Center][hr]

[Center]With an extensive spell list in her book she regularly uses divination spells. She also has spells to read minds, charm people and, when necessary, she can use lightning or frost balls. She doesn't really care for fire even though she could use it. She also has the [s]ability [/s]need to consume blood. It allows her to be stronger, faster and heal. While she can be healed through time she can't by magic. She needs blood to do so. [/Center][hr]
