Local government and law enforcement are beginning to wane under the weight of bribed bureaucrats, and criminals are lured in with shiny gadgets for the low low price of using them to sabotage their competitors. Behind every nook and cranny lies a pair of eyes, alien and meta alike, wondering when it will finally be time to step into the light, and when they do, whether it will be into welcoming arms or the crack of gunfire.[/indent]
