I can't imagine the heartbreak, although you have various sweet angels watching over you. 

I was told by my OBGYN that I have a bicornuate uterus, or basically a heart-shaped womb. I'm facing increased risk of miscarriage, premature delivery, etc. I have to see him before I start trying to have children, which I'm looking to do in the next year or two.
