Quirk Description: She can slide in and out of people's dreams and mess with them and she releases a gas which puts folk to sleep. 

Bio: She gets carried around in a iron maiden since she can't control the gas so she rarely is released unless it's dire. She's was put in there since her quirk manifested and it was activated when a group of boys scared her and she put them into eternal slumber.

Looks: pale white skin with white hair and red eyes she's 45 years old but looks 12 and wears a night gown
