Not, really.  The scp foundation is a fan made universe/ wiki which centers around the exploits of the scp foundation, which is an organization that deals with testing and containing anomalous objects, places and individuals.  It's sort of a cross between creepypastas and the Men in Black.

On the right where it says "series" are the object profiles, and that's where you can read up on the various entities which the foundation deals with.  There's also a lot of youtube channels that deal with them too like top ten scariest scps or top ten scps that could end the world.
