[b]Personality:[/b] Noel is a calm individual with a positive attitude. He’s not a desperate individual and is smiling most of the times. Even in dire situations, he tends to look at all sorts of routes to resolve the problem, whether those routes are possible or impossible. Noel is also very caring about others, as he likes to seek resolutions to others’ dillemas as well.

Although being a noble, Noel is far from being condescending. Differently from his family, he doesn’t deposit beliefs in the name he holds neither chooses based on the consequences to the Fragarach, but only upon his own existence. This part of his personality made Noel grow somewhat distant to his family, especially his father, who grows around the family name and cares more for it than rather caring for the other things he has around him.

Because of how Noel is a rather important person, he’s often treated with a certain difference, as possessing certain privileges over the rest. However, he hates to be treated differently and refuses such advantages in order to preserve equality between him and the others.

But that doesn’t work to his favor most of his times, leading to a rather prejudicial fame for Noel, especially around the most poor, who thinks he’s being a “show-off” by being kind. As such, under his calm demeanor, he hides a sort of distrust in people, considering them to be two-faced.

[b]Short Bio:[/b] The Fragarach is a family of mages known to be nobles relatively close to the Emperor Karl Maximillian himself, winning many benefits over many other families at the price of aiding the Emperor directly with the ensurement that the Iron Decree is fully executed and not disobeyed. Led by Grandalt Fragarach, the family is known to be rather hated by the population, due to their direct connection and alliance to the Reich.

However, for every rotten tree, there is a blooming flower to enchant it. That ended up being the case with Noel Fragarach, the youngest of the family’s three sons. Different from the rest of his family, Noel abhors slavery and tends to be really helpful with the most poor, which in a sense goes against the upheld morals of the Fragarach family.

Hatred is mostly concentrated towards Grandalt and the middle son, William. Even so, Noel can’t escape the reputation his family has been upholding and felt the treatment they feel and ignore. However, he’s unable to ignore that. He also experienced people using his kindness as a way of getting free of the Iron Decree. Being treated as an item is the worst for Noel.

And that’s exactly what his father plans to do.

One day, Grandalt receives a letter from the Reich himself. The task imposed to him is for him to send one of his sons to the Emperor, as he chose some families to undergo training and become new members of the Empire’s new Iron Decree Expansion Force, which will function as a way to make sure the rule is followed by all of the remaining countries that refuse to adopt slavery as an economical method. His plan is to send Noel in order to make the boy get used to the system like William.

“Noel… I can’t let this happen to you.” And so thought Libero, the eldest son. He and Carmilla, mother of the sons, wouldn’t let Noel’s pure heart be corrupted...
