Depends partially on if she went to the college or not. Same age so could have had the same classes in freshmen year despite differing majors. Could have gotten to know each other from there. Same deal with if he or Kiley had classes with Elizabeth at any point. If they became friends he likely would've met Lily at some point through Liz.

Another way could be if she at any point for any reasons went to Sonic Beats. He worked there quite a lot. Or, if she went to one of the film festivals at either the community center or cinema. Maybe even his main hangout Retro Legends. He did happen upon the community center from time to time.

Fairly similar reasons as with Lily. They may have seen each other at the Cozy Bear Cafe as it's Elle's favorite place to go. She definitely would occasionally drag Alex and Kiley there. Also, there is the unfortunate thing about Elle that she likes to play matchmaker so she may have tried to get them near each other occasionally if she was friendly enough with Liz.

I'm pretty sure we already talk about this a bit but yeah. Even though he does make short films and the like he is more into the theater side of things and doesn't actually go to watch movies often other than to support his classmates and the occasional blockbuster. He gets most of his outdoor entertainment form Retro Legends. (Outdoor as in out of his dorm.)
