[@HereComesTheSnow]: Thaln and Velt have a relatively good relationship as of now. It helps that Thaln's largely conflicted with itself, or attacks from the south(such as a by-sea invasion of the Vos Korvungand, a viking-esque enemy from the distant north, during Elionne's time).
