Coming into the place, #27 wondered if he'd be welcomed or ambushed to be tested. he noticed someone dropping from somewhere and then walked in right when he was and simply stared. Raising an eyebrow, he didn't say anything until hearing someone call him fresh meat and telling him to pull his pants up. 

#27 slightly looked over his shoulder. "And no one told you to look..." he said "You're obviously not in charge of the place...who is in charge?" he asked her. Wasn't trying to be rude but he was just getting straight to the point.
