Hello everyone. I have made a Naruto roleplay that is going to be of lowish power scale. More focused on story and characters than an arms race for powers.
It takes place in an alternate universe where I've made a different history so I don't need to rely on the canon events and the power scales they put in.

It will be opening on Wednesday, and I'm able to answer any questions anyone may have :)
