From what was heard, #27 pretty much got the gist of what was going on. This guild needs to be built back up. They could take a mission but it would be some time before Shadow could train them. Seeing Shadow reminds him of the the sanctuary he grew up in. His handler had the same motto. Kill or be killed. Succeed or just die because they had no use for failures. or and don't let there be a survivor the individual never accounted for, that leads to punishment and a new mission to find the one that saw you. #27 would have it no other way. 

He looked at the girl that attacked him when he first got there but then thought about going on a mission alone. So far he's met Alister, V, Kobe, and what looks to be the master of the guild, Shadow. He had a feeling there may be others there he still has yet to meet but after what he's seen here...nothing wrong with making a new skill or technique to add to his forte.
