Ness nodded at her advice, moving to pull a scarf up from what seemed to be nowhere, before she tied it around her head. She watched the gang people zoom past her, moving to hold onto her cage as she went through what she had brought in the back of her head. She didn't have much anyway, all of it kept in her bag. She moved instinctively to gently grip the small orange necklace around her neck, sighing as it was still around her neck. The dust seemed to mildly aggravate the creature in the cage, it let out a low rumble before it clattered around, moving its eyes to the front of the cage again as it blinked the dust out of its eye using the third eyelid. The Bombers might have a field day on the Shade Skipper. She thought to herself, Unless the engine was damaged as badly as I thought it was. She remembered the faint ticking she had heard as she tried to escape, I hope I was just hearing things when I was trying to get every- Her thoughts were cut off when she heard a rumble and a low explosion from the way they had driven from. The Shade Skipper had an Oil Leak, and the sparks from the wires had caused a small fire underneath it, before suddenly exploding. Ness couldn't see if any of the Gangs had gotten to her ship or not yet, but that didn't matter anymore. Ness had waited by the bike as Sev hopped off to check things, she didn't wait until Sev would come back or tell her to follow. She closed her eyes as yellow runes flooded down her arms and some of her freckles glinted yellow, almost flickering like stars. She muttered a small prayer for the Shade Skipper, before she re-opened her eyes, flinching at the sight of Sev in front of her, especially with one of those fucking posters. "Fuck." The Star-Born had uttered to herself, "I didn't expect those assholes to have been here." She sighed, moving to grip the bridge of her nose gently. "I'm glad you're not just going to drag me off to those unreasonable fuckheads." She started, "I'm wrongly accused of killing a council member." She said with a sneer. "I was there as his personal guard, why would I try and kill him?" She bit her tongue on more information, closing her eyes to calm herself. She sighed quietly, "I'll tell you the full story." She started, "But I want to go somewhere where I can let my friend out." She continued, she looked at Sev, her eyes were worried, but her voice was truthful. She had nothing else to do at this point, her ship crashed and possibly exploded, she was stranded, and now she had this... Stupidly Beautiful Android questioning her. She paused, blinking, Did I just think that? She thought to herself before she held back on shaking her head, No I'm just still in shock from the crash. After everything with the Council... Everything with him.
