I'll give an example of how this might go. I want interactions to be somewhat quick, the idea being that you could fiesably log on, read, make a decision and a quick post, then move on. If you'd like, I can add suggested options, I'll show you what I mean below. Time is usually blocked in 15 minutes to two hours, speaking during an action is always free.

Yourname goes to the bathroom to get ready for work, staring back at their reflection after combing through their hair. After they pull their work clothes on, they walked past Yourchild's room, knocking and calling out for them to wake up. They can get themself ready.

Yourname heads downstairs and sits at the table with the newspaper and reads it while they eat bacon and eggs with toast Ang a glass of orange juice.

Yourchild makes it downstairs at 6:30 and joins you at the table in the middle of your breakfast. They eat quickly and sloppily, toast crumbs over their face as they munch on a piece of bacon. 

"Mummy/Daddy, can you help me with my homework?" just as you finish your breakfast they put a paper on the table and slide it to you. It seems simple, just some simple addition and subtraction.
