[list][*]Depending on what his mood is, the weather around Rei can change. The extent/radius of the weather change depends on the intensity of the emotion. While he's been doing his best to control this power, it can sometimes get the better of him. He's still a long way from being able to use it in any functional way.
[*]Rei can, for short bursts of time, levitate. One could barely call it flying, as he usually has to remain fairly still for him to still have control while up the air, but with enough concentration he can leave the ground for a few minutes at a time. Theer have been a few moments, particularly when he was younger and unacquainted with his power where he did obtain what some would consider 'flight', and yet those times almost always ended with a trip to the doctor, and so he stopped attempting it in adulthood.[/list]
